X Factor USA host Steve Jones let off steam today with a fast-paced run through the streets of Los Angeles.
The Welsh import was spotted working up a sweat near his new luxury bachelor pad dressed in a ripped T-shirt and shorts.
He had a furrowed brow too - and it's little wonder.
The 34-year-old, who has taken on American Idol star Ryan Seacrest's hosting role, hasn't received many plaudits in early reviews of the show, which launches in the U.S. tonight.

The New York Times described Welsh host Steve Jones as 'utterly irrelevant,' while The Boston Herald's Mark A Perigard said he 'is so far in the background, he might as well be on another network.'
